This program is 100% free for your business and your employees.
Common Questions
The Preventative Health Initiative is an incentive program introduced
through the Affordable Care Act which leverages tax credits to promote
Physical and Mental Health. The idea being that “An ounce of prevention
is worth a pound of cure”.
Companies earn an average of $500
FICA credits annually per employee, and employees who choose to
participate earn an average of $1,500 – these credits are used to fund the
wellness plan as well as cash value life insurance plans.

Immediatley following enrollment- the credits will be recognized on the next payroll.
Although there may be fees associated when you participate- There are no
out of pocket expenses. Any and all fees for our services will be paid through tax credits. There are no out of pocket expenses for your employees or your business.
When we implement the
payroll plan, the credits are recognized immediately in your next payroll cycle- and we administer the fees 45 days thereafter. In this way- you are
earning more in tax savings than our fees.
Yes- if your company meets the eligibility guidelines.
Within five (5) days of providing the requested information, we are able
to provide your company with detailed analysis for your company and
employees. Once you decide to move forward, will take up to another five
(5) days to prepare the documents and schedule a meeting to implement
your company’s PHI.
